This is the Master Plan for residential development on Duck Creek North, land that was formerly used as holes 10-18 in the Duck Creek Golf Course  

Porirua City Council and the Whitby Residents Association have agreed that this design with its walkway links, reserves and roading connections will enhance the community of Whitby. Construction of the first stages in Duck Creek North are planned ot start in 2013, with the remaining 3 stages progressively built over the following 6 years.
