This is the CDP Plan approved in March 2011 for the residential development of Duck Creek North.
Porirua City Council and the Whitby Residents Association agreed to this design with its walkway links, reserves and roading connections that will enhance the community of Whitby. This land was formerly used as holes 10-18 in the Duck Creek Golf Course. Construction of the first stages in Duck Creek North are planned to start in 2013, with the remaining 3 stages progressively built over the following 6 years.
